Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Yuna mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1) Nature of the Service

Yuna is an AI-powered virtual companion that generates automated responses based on user input. The Service may rely on third-party AI providers to process user-submitted content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Yuna is not a human, not a licensed professional, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on AI-generated responses is at your sole discretion and risk.

2) No Emergency or Crisis Support

The Service is not designed to provide crisis intervention, medical diagnosis, or emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or believe you are in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Do not rely on the Service for emergency or life-critical decisions.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4) User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit through the Service (“User Content”), including messages, prompts, and other inputs.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit such content.
• Your User Content does not violate applicable laws.
• Your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety or legal risks.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Generate content promoting violence, self-harm, exploitation, harassment, or illegal conduct.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional, certified, or human advice.

6) Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features may require a paid subscription (“Pro”). Subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple’s billing terms.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.

We do not store full payment card information.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, trademarks, branding, and design, is owned by CoreApps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8) Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI processing services and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or limitations caused by third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms;
• Continued use poses safety or legal risks;
• Or we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always-accurate operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of the Service;
• Your reliance on AI-generated content;
• Service interruptions;
• Or third-party service failures.

12) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
